MyPillow Giza Dream Sheets Review

The Giza Dream Sheets have been on my radar for a while, but I still didn’t know what to think of them. They just seemed too good to be true!

For those who don’t know, the Giza Dream Sheets are an alternative to regular sheets that promise better sleep and relaxation. After trying out these sheets myself and conducting some research into their effectiveness, I can now confidently say that they’re worth it!

In this article, I’ll be going over my experience with the Giza Dream Sheets and explaining the features that really made me appreciate these sheets. I will also mention some of the features I didn’t enjoy as much, but which are ultimately negligible.

What are My Pillow Giza Dream Sheets?

MyPillow Giza Dream Sheets are a luxurious set of sheets made with 100% Giza Cotton. These special cotton threads are known for their rich, luxurious feel on the skin and high durability that has been used for thousands of years.

These sheets come with a durable sateen weave that gives them an attractive shine while still being incredibly soft and comfortable. The elastic hemming around the fitted sheet keeps it snugly in place on your mattress, no matter how deep or thin its thickness is.

What I Love About These Sheets

My Pillow Giza Sheets ReviewI love all of these sheets’ features! They are truly luxurious, super well-made, extremely effective at helping me sleep better, and the price is very reasonable for their quality.

Softness:

Let’s start with the most obvious thing about these sheets: how incredibly soft they are! They feel so much better against my skin than regular cotton or even Egyptian cotton sheets.

The only other sheets I’ve ever owned which are softer than these are my viscose bamboo sheets. However, the Giza Cotton sheets only cost about half the price of bamboo sheets.

Pricing:

The price of these is very reasonable for what they are. I’m sure you’ve seen them advertised on TV commercials with “Special Deals”, but I’ve found them to be cheaper if you purchase them on Amazon instead.

If you have Amazon Prime, not only do you get Free Shipping, but you also get Free Return Shipping if you decide to return them. On the other hand, MyPillow’s website charges for return shipping.

Durability:

Although I’ve only owned my Giza Dream Sheets for a few months, I can tell that they are very well-made and designed to last for years, just like other brands of Egyptian cotton sheets.

So far, I haven’t noticed any signs of wear, even after being washed several times. There aren’t any fraying or loose threads on the fabric at all. The elastic hemming around the fitted sheet is still very stretchy and fits perfectly as it did the first day!

Warranty:

At the time I am writing my review of the Giza Dream sheets, MyPillow provided a 10-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. I asked what the warranty covers and was told “it only covers normal wear and tear”.

However, it’s good to note, that shipping is not covered. You should expect to pay round-trip shipping fees for replacement sheets.

Overall, I am very pleased with the Giza Dream Sheets and their softness, affordability, and durability.

These sheets are perfect for any sleepers who want to sleep better or get a better night’s rest! If you’re interested in purchasing these sheets but don’t know which size is right for your bed, here is our sizing guide to help you find the perfect fit.

What I Do Not Like About These Sheets

Nothing is perfect! Although there are many things to love about these sheets, there are a few things I didn’t like about them.

No Mention of Thread-Count:

I’ve looked all over to find out the thread count of these Giza sheets, but couldn’t find it. I finally decided to contact them and was told they are 420tc. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just list it on the product page or website.

Weird Smell at First:

Like many other new sheets, these did have a weird smell when they first arrived. However, it went away quickly once I let them air out for a few hours.

Our Guide to Washing New Sheets Before Sleeping in them!

The smell wasn’t too bad, but it was strong enough that I could still notice it when I went to bed the first night. Thankfully, after letting them air out again, there was no trace of any scent the next night!

These are the main points I didn’t like about the sheets. Other than that, I’m very happy with them and am looking forward to enjoying many relaxing nights under these luxurious Giza dream sheets!
